AT&T, RIM, Others Sued Over Voice Mail Patents

Law360, New York (September 14, 2011, 6:15 PM EDT) -- Brandywine Communications Technologies LLC on Tuesday hit AT&T Inc., Research In Motion Ltd. and others with a suit in Florida federal court, alleging their phones allow users to simultaneously listen to voice mails while retrieving data, in violation of two patents.
