KFC Operator Can't Nix OT Suit By Repaying Worker: Judge

Law360, New York (September 14, 2011, 7:42 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Wednesday shot down a KFC Corp. franchisee’s bid to toss a Fair Labor Standards Act suit lodged by a former assistant manager, saying the company's offer to compensate her for unpaid overtime did not provide full relief.
