DOI Unveils Stronger Drilling Rig Safety Regs

Law360, New York (September 14, 2011, 3:42 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior on Wednesday published a proposed rule that would strengthen safety standards for offshore oil and gas drilling, including a provision that would allow any employee to shut down activities in the face of dangerous conditions.
