Tech Giants Ask Fed. Circ. To Reverse Joinder Ruling

Law360, Los Angeles (September 14, 2011, 7:31 PM EDT) -- Microsoft Corp., Oracle Corp. and others urged the Federal Circuit on Wednesday to overturn a Texas district court's joinder decision thwarting EMC Corp. from changing venues in a sweeping patent infringement suit over data storage devices.
