Expert Discredits Pom Customer Survey In False Ad Case

Law360, Washington (September 14, 2011, 7:35 PM EDT) -- A Pom Wonderful LLC survey on customers' beliefs about the health benefits of the company's pomegranate juice did not ask specific enough questions or account for which ads consumers saw, a Federal Trade Commission expert witness told an administrative law judge Wednesday.
