Church OK To Fire Worker For Marrying Outside Faith

Law360 (June 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A youth protection advocate has been dealt a blow in her wrongful termination suit against the Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix, with a federal court ruling that the church was within its rights to fire her for marrying outside of the faith.
