EU To Review Chinese Chamois Leather Duties

Law360, New York (September 15, 2011, 4:08 PM EDT) -- The European Commission on Tuesday announced that it is initiating a review of the anti-dumping duties assessed against imports of Chinese-made chamois leather products, saying a coalition of domestic producers had demonstrated that a review was in order before the anti-dumping measures expire.
