Former Credit Agricole GC Joins Kramer Levin In Paris

Law360, New York (September 16, 2011, 12:47 PM EDT) -- Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP said Thursday that Hubert de Vauplane, Credit Agricole Group's former general counsel, had joined the firm's Paris office to buttress its practice in corporate, banking, mergers and acquisitions, and other areas.

De Vauplane joined Credit Agricole in 2007 as legal director for its corporate and investment bank. Since January 2009, he had been general counsel, legal and compliance, where he led the banking giant's reorganization operations and major litigation.
