AFP Goes After Ex-VP In Trade Secrets Suit

Law360, Wilmington (September 15, 2011, 3:54 PM EDT) -- AFP Advanced Food Products LLC sued a former company vice president in Delaware state court on Thursday for allegedly violating an employment pact by pilfering trade secrets to start a consulting firm that advises the packaged food company's customers.

William T. Dillon III, AFP’s ex-vice president of sales, emailed a trove of sales and customer data to his personal email account in the weeks before he left the company in August, according to the complaint.
