Ortho-McNeil Defends Foreign Patent Ruling In 7th Circ.

Law360, Chicago (September 16, 2011, 4:00 PM EDT) -- Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical Inc. told the Seventh Circuit on Friday that a district court should not have tossed an arbitration panel's award of foreign patent ownership to the pharmaceutical company because the panel had not "disregarded the law" in its decision.
