EPA Defends Greenhouse Gas Regs In DC Circ.

Law360, New York (September 16, 2011, 10:44 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Friday fired back at claims from a group of states in the D.C. Circuit that its greenhouse gas regulations violate the Clean Air Act, maintaining that the regulations fully comply with Congress' intentions and are supported by Supreme Court precedent.
