Noble's Burden Of Proof Lowered In Wetlands Row

Law360, New York (September 19, 2011, 2:14 PM EDT) -- A Louisiana federal judge on Friday ruled that Noble Energy Inc. must only prove potential liability, not actual liability, in its indemnification suit against a rival over a 2009 settlement for wetlands contamination.
