H&R Block CEO Rips DOJ Market Definition In TaxACT Suit

Law360, Washington (September 19, 2011, 3:24 PM EDT) -- H&R Block Inc. President and CEO William Cobb told a Washington federal judge Monday that the U.S. Department of Justice is relying on a market definition that is too narrow in its antitrust case challenging his company’s $286.7 million bid for the developer of TaxACT software.
