Paul Hastings Reps Credit Agricole In Groupe SVP Deal

Law360, New York (September 19, 2011, 2:42 PM EDT) -- Credit Agricole Private Equity said Monday it would pay fellow private equity firm Syntegra Capital €22.65 million ($31 million) for a majority stake in French professional services company Groupe SVP.

Groupe SVP's management, led by CEO Olivier Lenormand, entered into a deal with the private equity firm — part of the Paris-based banking giant Credit Agricole SA — in a bid to take the reins of the company, which works with small to medium-sized companies as well as local governments on informational, legal and training projects....
