Infogroup Says Ex-CEO's New Venture Stole Trade Secrets

Law360, New York (September 19, 2011, 7:32 PM EDT) -- Infogroup Inc. sued a company run by its former disgraced CEO Vinod Gupta earlier this month in Nebraska court, accusing it of unfair competition, trade secrets theft and employment contract violations.

Infogroup filed the suit Sept. 7 against Vinod Gupta’s Database LLC and former sales employee Tracy Hyman, who left to become vice president of enterprise sales at Gupta's new company.
