US Goes To WTO In Bid To Fry Chinese Chicken Duties

Law360, New York (September 20, 2011, 3:19 PM EDT) -- U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk said Tuesday that the U.S. had launched a case before the World Trade Organization over China's imposition of anti-dumping and countervailing duties against American chicken products, aiming to protect American agricultural jobs.
