Green Group Slams Vetting Of Wyo. Gas Project In DC Circ.

Law360, New York (September 20, 2011, 2:12 PM EDT) -- Attorneys for a green group told the D.C. Circuit on Tuesday that the U.S. Department of the Interior didn't appropriately address environmental violations in its decision to allow expansion of natural gas drilling in a sensitive area of Wyoming.

The Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership originally sued the DOI's Bureau of Land Management in June 2008, accusing it of failing to deliver on promises to shield deer and other wildlife from energy development in the area.
