Forest Service Can't Halt Allegheny Drilling: 3rd Circ.

Law360, Washington (September 20, 2011, 5:52 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Tuesday affirmed that the U.S. Forest Service was wrong to impose a ban on oil and gas drilling in Pennsylvania's Allegheny National Forest that stopped Minard Run Oil Co. and others from pursuing development plans.
