Lawmaker Blasts NLRB Union Rights Posting Rule

Law360, New York (September 22, 2011, 3:45 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board's imposition of a rule requiring employers to post workplace notices informing workers of their right to unionize exceeds the agency's statutory authority, Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., told a U.S. House of Representatives committee Thursday.
