Ex-Goldman Employee Accused Of ETF Insider Trading

Law360, New York (September 21, 2011, 4:44 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday accused a former Goldman Sachs Group Inc. employee and his father of trading off Goldman's confidential trading strategies concerning exchange-traded funds, the first time the regulator has launched an enforcement action involving ETFs.
