CORRECTED: Mass. Man Denies Gains From Nadel Ponzi Scheme

Law360, New York (September 22, 2011, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Massachusetts man told a federal court in Florida on Wednesday he did not knowingly profit from a $168 million Ponzi scheme purportedly orchestrated by former hedge fund manager Arthur G. Nadel.

Mikhail Khodorkovsky included that denial in answer to a suit filed last year by the receiver for Nadel's estate, Burton W. Wiand.
