UAW Fights Collins & Aikman's Sale Bid

Law360 (June 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The United Auto Workers union is lashing out at Collins & Aikman's bid to sell off assets at two of the embattled auto parts supplier's facilities, arguing that the parties to the sale have yet to consent to a labor agreement governing the union's hourly employees.
