Union Says Docs Back Up NLRB Case Against Boeing

Law360, New York (September 23, 2011, 7:47 PM EDT) -- The union behind the controversial National Labor Relations Board unfair labor practices complaint against Boeing Co. released documents on Friday that it said proved the company placed a new plant in South Carolina to deal a blow to unionized workers in Washington state.
