Judge Axes Boeing Worker Suit, Weighing In On DOL Ruling

Law360, Los Angeles (September 23, 2011, 9:24 PM EDT) -- In dismissing a former Boeing Co. analyst's wrongful termination lawsuit, a Washington federal judge on Friday noted that the Department of Labor's landmark decision earlier this year didn't do away with the “definitely and specifically” test for assessing what constitutes protected whistleblower activity.
