House Republicans Urge Senate Vote On NLRB Bill

Law360, New York (September 23, 2011, 5:41 PM EDT) -- A group of House Republicans on Friday urged Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid to bring a bill seeking to curb the power of the National Labor Relations Board in its case against Boeing Co. to the Senate floor for an up-or-down vote.

The request comes two days after an similar effort by Senate Republicans to diminish the power of the NLRB in its case against Boeing by adding an amendment to an appropriations bill failed to get the necessary votes to advance out of committee....
