Toolmaker Hilti Gets Sex Bias Suit Tossed

Law360, New York (September 26, 2011, 1:41 PM EDT) -- An Oklahoma federal judge on Friday threw out a lawsuit alleging construction products company Hilti Inc. unfairly denied promotions to women, holding that the ex-saleswoman who brought the case failed to show that she was sufficiently qualified to warrant a promotion.
