Valve Co. Sues Travelers For Asbestos Claims Coverage

Law360, New York (September 26, 2011, 4:10 PM EDT) -- Anchor Darling Valve Co. asked a Pennsylvania federal court on Friday to declare that Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. owes it coverage under a recently discovered primary comprehensive general liability policy for pending and future asbestos exposure injury claims.
