Fed Circ. Won't Revive IP Suit Against Kodak Customers

Law360, New York (September 26, 2011, 3:48 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Monday rejected Spread Spectrum Screening LLC's bid to lift a stay on patent infringement claims it had asserted against Eastman Kodak Co. customers over printing technology, finding the lower court's decision was not appealable.
