Law Firms Defend Fees In Tower Records Bankruptcy

Law360, New York (June 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Responding to objections from Tower Records' creditors that its fees are excessive and its staffing “top heavy,” the two law firms representing the bankrupt company have fired back, saying the billable hours reflected the complexity of the case.
