O'Melveny Snares Former SEC Lawyer For DC Office

Law360, New York (September 27, 2011, 1:38 PM EDT) -- O'Melveny & Myers LLP said Tuesday that a one-time attorney with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission would be joining the firm as a partner in its financial services practice in Washington.

Heather Traeger comes to O'Melveny from the Investment Company Institute — a national nonprofit organization of investment firms including mutual, closed-end and exchange-traded funds — where she was an associate counsel.
