High Court To Mull If Winners Can Bill For Translation

Law360, New York (September 27, 2011, 6:59 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court said Tuesday that it would take up the issue of whether document translation fees, a potentially huge expense in some cross-border cases, could be reimbursed when a court orders one party to pay the other's costs.
