Qwest Tries To Move Contract Suit To Federal Court

Law360, New York (June 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a move to throw out a breach of contract case filed by a unit of AT&T Corp., Qwest Corp. has asked a federal court in Idaho to take over jurisdiction of a state lawsuit claiming that it illegally charged lower rates for network use to other telecommunications providers.
