Dechert Wants Fired Atty Sanctioned In Bias Suit

Law360, New York (September 29, 2011, 12:41 PM EDT) -- Dechert LLP on Wednesday asked a Massachusetts federal court to sanction an attorney who claims the law firm unlawfully fired him for spending too much time caring for his mentally ill wife, saying he has refused to provide a required damages assessment.
