FDA Warns Eye Doctors Again Over Laser Surgery Ads

Law360, New York (September 29, 2011, 2:50 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration last week put eye doctors on notice again about misleading promotional and advertising practices regarding the dangers of vision-correcting laser eye surgery, threatening regulatory action if the improper marketing materials aren't fixed.
