CORRECTED: Whirlpool Can't Claim Literal Infringement In LG Feud

Law360, New York (September 29, 2011, 5:06 PM EDT) -- A Delaware federal judge on Thursday determined that Whirlpool Corp. could not allege literal infringement of its French door refrigerator design in a long-running patent dispute with LG Electronics USA Inc.
