Va. AG Takes Health Law Mandate Challenge To High Court

Law360, New York (September 30, 2011, 9:55 PM EDT) -- Virginia's attorney general said Friday that he would ask the U.S. Supreme Court to consider overturning the Fourth Circuit's dismissal of a suit challenging the federal health care reform law, saying the court improperly ruled that the state lacked standing in the suit.
