Four Loko Ends FTC Claims With Alcohol Warning Label

Law360, New York (October 4, 2011, 1:00 PM EDT) -- The maker of fruit-flavored malt beverage Four Loko agreed Monday to place a warning about the drink's high alcohol content on the product, resolving allegations from the Federal Trade Commission that the company deceptively marketed the beverage as consumable in a single serving.

Phusion Projects LLC also agreed to sell its 23.5-ounce, 11 or 12 percent alcohol-by-volume product in a resealable container.
