Kirkland & Ellis Ducks Race Bias Suit In High Court

Law360, New York (October 3, 2011, 5:29 PM EDT) -- Kirkland & Ellis LLP dodged a racial discrimination, retaliation and telephone eavesdropping lawsuit brought by two former employees Monday when the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear an appeal of a lower court decision tossing the suit.
