Bankruptcy Judge Won't Move $10M Kutak Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (October 4, 2011, 12:17 PM EDT) -- A Kansas federal judge on Monday refused to remove from bankruptcy court a $10 million suit filed by Brooke Corp.'s trustee alleging law firm Kutak Rock LLP helped the insurance holding company's executives mislead investors about its deteriorating finances.
