No Deal In Apple, Samsung Aussie Tablet IP Fight

Law360, New York (October 3, 2011, 10:56 PM EDT) -- Attorneys for Apple Inc. and Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. on Monday reportedly told an Australian court that they had not been able to settle a patent dispute over touch screen technology used in Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1 device.

Attorneys for the companies said in the Federal Court of Australia that there was no agreement on the horizon, according to a report by the Dow Jones Newswires.
