Ex-MG Workers' Age Bias Suit Gets The Boot

Law360, New York (October 4, 2011, 8:06 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Friday threw out a discrimination lawsuit against MG Industries Inc. and its successor Air Liquide, ruling that the former employees who brought the suit failed to prove they were discriminated against due to their age.
