Trident Seafoods Hit With Another Water Pollution Suit

Law360, New York (October 4, 2011, 1:29 PM EDT) -- An environmental nonprofit on Monday accused Trident Seafoods Corp. of Clean Water Act violations in Washington state, just days after federal authorities announced the company would pay $2.5 million to settle claims it violated the CWA 480 times in Alaska.
