La. Refinery Stored Petroleum In Leaky Tanks, EPA Says

Law360, New York (October 5, 2011, 6:45 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency launched a suit Wednesday alleging that the operators of a Louisiana refinery failed to properly store petroleum in accordance with federal law before and after a 2007 oil spill that contaminated a local creek.
