Greener Capital Lands $33M For 2nd Clean Tech Fund

Law360, New York (October 5, 2011, 4:15 PM EDT) -- Venture capital firm Greener Capital Partners LP has secured $33 million for its second fund in the hunt for breakthroughs in clean technology, and expects to rally more investors, the firm said Wednesday.

Berkeley, Calif.-based Greener Capital announced the first closing for Greener Capital Partners II, and said the $33 million in capital commitments point to the firm’s previous success and the prospects for ongoing fundraising.
