Former Anheuser Exec's Sex Bias Suit Heads To Trial

Law360, New York (October 5, 2011, 7:34 PM EDT) -- The Missouri Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to review a ruling that Anheuser-Busch Inc.'s former highest-ranking female executive's contracts did not require that she arbitrate her claims that the company pays women less than men, sending the case to trial.
