EU To Take New Look At 'Seven' Trademark Appeal

Law360, New York (October 6, 2011, 6:02 PM EDT) -- The European Union General Court ruled on Thursday that the EU's trademark arbiter was wrong to dismiss the appeal of an Italian luggage maker that had claimed an American company was attempting to register a trademark confusingly similar to the Italian company's logos.
