Law360, New York (October 6, 2011, 7:49 PM EDT) -- Canada's Competition Bureau issued finalized revisions to its merger enforcement guidelines Thursday, making changes that in many ways echo steps U.S. regulators took in 2010 to downplay the role of market definition in merger analysis, experts say.
