Kasowitz Says Contract Bars Boastful Atty’s $78M Suit

Law360, San Diego (October 7, 2011, 4:32 PM EDT) -- Kasowitz Benson Torres & Friedman LLP on Thursday pressed a New York court to dismiss a nearly $78 million suit by an associate who was fired after bragging about his “superior legal mind,” alleging that he signed a separation agreement releasing the firm from the claims he now asserts against it.
