Greenpeace Again Accuses Dow, Sasol Of Spying

Law360, New York (October 7, 2011, 6:56 PM EDT) -- Greenpeace Inc. on Friday accused The Dow Chemical Co. and Sasol North America Inc. of invading its privacy and misappropriating trade secrets by stealing confidential records on environmental campaigns, following a federal judge's decision to dismiss a similar action under U.S. racketeering law.

In its complaint filed in Washington court, the environmental group alleges Dow and Sasol intercepted its phone records, engaged in illegal surveillance and stole private information, including thousands of pages of documents, to glean information about their campaigns tied to the companies....
