El Dorado Sues EPA To Force Revised Ark. Water Regs

Law360, Washington (October 7, 2011, 6:26 PM EDT) -- El Dorado Chemical Co. Inc. hit the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency with a lawsuit in Arkansas federal court Friday alleging the agency's rejection of certain revisions to Arkansas water quality standards was arbitrary and capricious.
